Default Terms: I authorize my credit card to be charged for the amount above. I also understand that my card will be automatically charged each term following the initial term hereafter unless I cancel my Live and Thrive Outdoor Adventure Club membership. I understand that I can cancel or transfer my membership to another individual anytime, but that no refunds will be given. If I choose to transfer my membership, I must also specify whether my credit card should be removed from future payments.
