What is provided...
I provide my
own "tried and tested" homemade hoops that you may use or purchase from me. Contact
me anytime to come and pick one or more hoops at my home in Holladay, since I don't ship this product. Cost is
$10 for the non-decorated hoop, $12 for the decorations that you will apply to your hoop. RSVP in advance if case I need to make more.
What
to bring
A water bottle. For advanced hoopers, bring a pair
of small 3, 4 or 5 lb weights to use while you are hooping. We call this
"Hoop Lifting".
What to wear
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing. Avoid wearing baggy clothing, sweat shirts, belts, scarfs, etc. since they can get caught in the motion of the hoop and make it harder for you to keep it going.
