Our family of six has currently grown to include a daughter-in-law, son-in-law and 4 beautiful grandchildren.
I think we have always been a family that seemed to have some natural, athletic ability combined with lots of energy.
Dave and I raised our 4 children on trampolines since they were very young. It's a family tradition that has never died. It continues with our grandchildren.
Even after 33 years of marriage, our family still long boards and jumps on trampolines together.
Dave and I bike ride together occasionally.
When our children were young, we found a super deal on a 16 ft. ski boat at a yard sale for only $1700! This is a decision we never regretted since it brought us closer together as a family. Many summers were spent wake-boarding, water-skiing and hanging out together.
I taught Big Band Swing Dance for 20+ years so of course I had to teach all of our children how to Swing Dance at an young age.
Hiking together as a family was more about all the great photography opportunities than a heavy duty physical workout. We all love "hamming it up" in front of the camera.
Those who hike with me know it comes very easy for me to pose for the camera.

There's more...
Dave still plays basketball every week (and has been for several years).
At any family gathering you'll find him throwing a football or frisbee to those who will join him.
Kendra dances, plays volleyball and does anything else anyone wants to do.
Devin is an amazing Freeline Skater and played hockey for Olympus High School, competed in Wake-Boarding competitions, snowboards, and runs a lot.
Trevor played Football and Volleyball for Olympus High School, skis and starred in several SUU Parkour videos when he lived in Cedar City.
Raena played Volleyball and Basketball for Olympus High School, roller blades, bike rides, hikes and is majoring in Fitness Science.
