Welcome!

For the past two years we've watched the Northern Lights in Iceland in the fall!  It was incredible!  Along with hot relaxing geo-thermal pools to soak in, waterfalls on steroids, craters to hike in, glaciers sitting on top of volcanos, lush green pastures, unforgettable hikes, glacier lagoons, black sand beaches, bird sanctuaries, nature preserves, incredible chocolate, there is plenty to see and do!  I never get tired of Iceland.

Come and share our passion of living a healthier, happier, more productive life through outdoor adventure and recreation. Our goal is to help you spend more time in a lush green forest, at a beautiful waterfall or a white sand beach rather than at a desk, on a couch or in a hospital bed.

By joining us, you’ll greatly increase your physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual health! You'll also meet others, of all ages and walks of life, who enjoy being active outdoors. There is plenty of room for all physical abilities. All of our adventure trips are very healing, motivating, inspiring and energizing. I look forward to meeting you!
