Just a few more FREE snowshoeing classes this year before it's over!

Look for me at our regular meeting location (6200 So. Wasatch Blvd) where we begin all of our hikes.

This class/outing is designed to help you feel more comfortable in snowshoes.

It's also an excellent pre-requisite for our regular snowshoeing outings held every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday mornings throughout the winter.
All abilities are welcome to join us.

It's an individual experience in a fun social setting with others who love being active outdoors during the winter.

I own 19 pair of quality MSR Snowshoes that are available for rent for $10/pair/outing. These are only available for my outings and classes.
Pay me in advance on VENMO or PAYPAL if possible.
IF not, pay in person.
If you pay in advance but need to cancel at the last minute, you’ll receive a credit.

My Snowshoeing experience:
16 years ago I started developing a passion for not only hiking but snowshoeing. The winter months can be rough if you don't take the opportunity to get outdoors. I have also observed over the years that some of the most incredible beauty only appears during the cold winter months in the snow. I find great satisfaction in sharing my passion for snowshoeing which has motivated me to teach, lead, organize, promote and guide over 2300+ hikes and snowshoeing outings over the years, domestically and internationally.

New events and adventure trips are continually being added to my website, liveandthrive.com. Check it out and join us often!
