My Story: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FI1cA_7zYV8&t=26s

8 AM - Start arriving, meet/introduce hikers, arrange carpools as needed, receive detailed trail info.
8:15 AM - Drive to the trailhead
8:35 AM - Start hiking
10:15 - 10:30 AM - Turn around and hike back down the trail unless it's a loop hike, which we'll discuss before we leave
11 - 11:30 AM - Off the trail

Trails are subject to change at any time due to weather, road, and/or trail conditions. If you don't meet us at this meeting place always check in with me by 8 AM on the morning of the hike.

When you show up to hike with us, you agree to the planned hike for this day AND agree to be off the trail no later than 1 PM unless it's a Featured Hike (see below). In other words, if you choose not to stay with the group and scheduled hike and itinerary that has been posted and discussed in person with me prior to the hike, please hike on your own and feel free to do whatever you would like. Meet your friends at a different location/time other than with our group.

This event is part of my outdoor adventure business, Live and Thrive, now in it’s 16th year. Even though this is a FREE event, open to the public, we have basic rules and guidelines you will be required to follow. I care deeply about all of my hikers and safety continues to be my top priority.
Each hike is designed to help you get better acquainted with 100’s of trails in the Wasatch Mountain Range and beyond. We do this year round.

Watch for FEATURED HIKES, held during the summer/fall months which our seasoned hikers are invited to attend. These are considered Strenuous or More Difficult and may last 5 - 12 hours to complete.
Some may involve an overnight backpacking experience.
All “featured hikes” are longer than our weekly local day hikes. You’ll recognize them since the subject line will say: “FEATURED HIKE”.
