TIMELINE for this hike:
8 AM - Start arriving, meet/introduce hikers, arrange carpools as needed, receive detailed trail info.
8:15 AM - Drive to the trailhead
8:45 AM - Start hiking
10:15 - 10:30 AM - Turn around point
11 - 11:30 AM - Off the trail

Trails are subject to change at any time due to weather, road, and/or trail conditions. Always check in with me before 8 AM the morning of the hike if you plan to meet us somewhere other than our meeting place.

When you attend our hike, you agree to the planned hike and agree to be off the trail no later than 1 PM. In other words, you probably won't enjoy our group if you want to do your own thing and go where ever you want. Experiencing a much shorter hike with us is never a problem.
This activity is part of my outdoor adventure group, Live and Thrive, now in it's 16th year.
Even though this is a free outing and open to the public, there are a few basic guidelines you will be required to follow when you attend. I care deeply about my hikers and their safety is always my top priority.
Each hike is designed to help you become more familiar with the hundreds of trails in the Wasatch Mountain range and beyond.

Some FEATURED HIKES will be held during the late summer/fall months which our seasoned hikers are invited to attend. These are considered Strenuous or More Difficult and may take 5 - 12 hours to complete.
All “featured hikes” are longer than our local day hikes. You’ll recognize them when you see “FEATURED HIKE” in the subject line.
