Curry Yellow Squash Stir Fry

1 med. yellow summer squash, thinly sliced
1 TBSP Olive Oil
1/2 yellow or white onion, thinly sliced
Yellow Curry Sauce*

In a skillet add Olive Oil, yellow squash and onion. Cook on high for only 1 - 2 minutes, like a stir fry, stirring at all times.  Add more oil if necessary.  Cook just until squash and onion are limp.  Remove from heat.  Add 1 - 2 TBSP Curry Sauce*

*Curry Sauce:  Order $3 or $6 for small or large container  Mild Yellow Curry Sauce from Pawit's Royale Thai Cuisine, 1968 Murray-Holladay Rd, Holladay, UT, 84117

If you like hot, spicy curry sauce, they sell that too!
