1 med. yellow summer squash, thinly sliced
1 TBSP Olive Oil
1/2 yellow or white onion, thinly sliced
Yellow Curry Sauce*
In a skillet add Olive Oil, yellow squash and onion. Cook on high for only 1 - 2 minutes, like a stir fry, stirring at all times. Add more oil if necessary. Cook just until squash and onion are limp. Remove from heat. Add 1 - 2 TBSP Curry Sauce*
