3 fun ways to eat giant cabbage leaves with one simple recipe!
Prepare in a mixing bowl:
2 c. cooked rice (I use long grain brown rice)
1 c. frozen peas
1 can cream of chicken soup
Optional: 1 c. chicken, shredded and cooked
Optional spices and ingredients you could add: curry powder, garlic, onion, seal salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, etc.
Optional: Add chopped celery, cucumber, red or green bell peppers, sliced apple, walnuts, mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks, etc.
Be creative with what you add but even with 3 - 4 basic ingredients this is a delicious dinner!
