Spring Planting w/ Hard Working People! Delicious Harvest Coming SOON!

Sheryl McGlochlin - Tuesday, March 19, 2013

25+ people worked hard last week and helped us get a lot planted!

Most of our 16 gardens were tilled in the fall so we could immediately start planting in late February and March!

It's so exciting when you have a beautiful, clean garden ready and waiting for you to plant.

On the other hand, it takes more time, effort and motivation to get outside, first thing in the spring, to start cleaning up the soggy plants left from last fall.

I want to thank an incredibly hard-working crew who helped us last Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday.  Nearly half of our 16 gardens are now planted with delicious, gorgeous early spring crops.  They should be ready to harvest in April and May!

Come and work with us for an hour or two OR just take a tour and see how ambitious and committed we are to this project.

Our Summer Crops will go into the ground starting mid May.

We're not done planting until we've got our fall crops in during August/September for our last harvest in late October and November.
