Stuffed peppers

Ingredients:

 

Ground meat ( mine was turkey )
Salsa
Peppers from garden

Cut peppers in half, remove seeds, squish meat into pepper, make small depression, add about 1 T salsa to each pepper, roast at 375 for 20 minutes or until meat thermometer reaches 180 degrees. Would also be amazing on the grill!
