Quinoa Salad

2 cups prepared Quinoa (drain well)
2 cucumbers (cored if they are slightly bitter)
Broccoli (however much you like, if its just for me, I use the stems too)
1/2 red onion chopped fine
2 Tbls Olive Oil (adjust if the quinoa is more wet)
1 Tbls Red wine vinegar
1 Tbls lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste
